Our outdoor cooling system is a combination of ventilation and fogging. It operates based on the principle of evaporative cooling to create thin fog.
The stand base of our outdoor misting system can either be visible or hidden in the ground and fixed to the floor by expansion screws. Station servicing is made easier and safer by the innovative tip base, which allows maintenance operations without the need for ladders or laying positions.
When pressurised water is released into the atmosphere, the tiny water droplets are instantly atomised and causes ‘flash evaporation’. Flash evaporation instantly creates a burst of fresh air throughout the space. Our high-pressure outdoor cooling station uses a pump that pressurises water through a line and into the atmosphere at a water pressure of 1000 psi (6,900 kPa).
The projected water droplets are so fine (5 microns) that they evaporate almost immediately and without any wetting. A regular low-pressure system that doesn’t require a pump will project a droplet the size of 50 microns.
